Platform Overview

The System Overview page is the main landing dashboard after login. It gives admins and users a quick view of the connected WhatsApp Business account, phone number health, conversation activity, message delivery, recent broadcasts, and templates.

Use this page to quickly confirm that your WhatsApp account is connected and that key messaging activity is running normally.

👋 Welcome Header #

At the top of the page, you see:

  • Your WhatsApp profile picture
  • A welcome message with your user name
  • The Bridgo tagline
  • Your current subscription plan
  • WhatsApp Business Account details

The account card shows:

  • WABA ID
  • Display Name

This helps confirm which WhatsApp Business Account you are currently managing.


☎️ Phone Numbers #

The Phone Numbers table shows the connected WhatsApp phone numbers under your WhatsApp Business Account.

For each number, you can review:

  • Phone Number ID
  • Verified name
  • Display phone number
  • Account review status
  • Messaging limit
  • Quality rating
  • MM Lite API status
  • Platform type
  • Throughput level
  • Live Chat shortcut

✅ Account Review Status #

The Account Review column shows the WhatsApp Business Account review state.

Common examples:

  • ✅ Approved
  • ⚠️ Pending or not approved

If the account is approved, the badge appears as a success status. Other states appear as warning statuses.


📈 Messaging Limits #

The Messaging limits column shows how many business-initiated conversations the phone number can start within a 24-hour period.

Examples include:

  • 50/24hr
  • 250/24hr
  • 1k/24hr
  • 2k/24hr
  • 10k/24hr
  • 100k/24hr
  • Unlimited/24hr

Click the info icon to view more details about the current messaging tier.


🟢 Quality Rating #

The Quality Rating column shows the WhatsApp phone number quality status.

A green rating indicates healthy message quality.

If the quality rating is not green, review recent messaging practices, opt-outs, failed messages, and customer feedback.


📣 MM Lite API Status #

The MM Lite API column shows the Marketing Messages Lite API onboarding status.

If the account is onboarded, it appears as a success badge.

If it is not onboarded yet, the page shows:

  • Eligibility status
  • Onboarding status
  • Info icon with instructions

This helps you understand whether the account is ready for Meta’s marketing message optimization features.


💬 Live Chat Shortcut #

Each phone number row includes a Live Chat button.

The button opens the Live Chat inbox for that WhatsApp number.

It also shows an unread message badge so agents can quickly see if there are pending customer messages.


📊 WhatsApp Conversation Summary #

The WhatsApp Conversation card compares the current month against the previous month.

It shows conversation totals and cost for:

  • Marketing
  • Authentication
  • Service
  • Utility
  • Total

Each category shows:

  • Number of conversations
  • Estimated cost
  • Percentage change compared with last month

A positive change appears with an upward badge. A negative change appears with a downward badge.

📣 Marketing #

Marketing conversations are usually promotional or business-initiated messages.

🔐 Authentication #

Authentication conversations are usually OTP, login, or verification-related messages.

🛠️ Service #

Service conversations are typically customer service conversations.

🔔 Utility #

Utility conversations are usually transactional updates, reminders, confirmations, and account notifications.


📬 Total Messages Status #

The Total Messages Status card shows current-month WhatsApp message activity.

It displays:

  • Total messages
  • Total sent messages
  • Total delivered messages

The chart uses message analytics from the connected WhatsApp Business Account.

Use this section to quickly understand whether messages are being sent and delivered during the current month.


📣 Broadcast Summary #

The Broadcast Summary section shows recent broadcast campaigns.

This section appears for users with Broadcast view permission.

Each campaign row includes:

  • Campaign name
  • Template name
  • Template category icon
  • Created date
  • Broadcast status
  • Total target count
  • Sent count
  • Delivered count
  • Read count
  • Skipped count
  • Failed count
  • Report/analysis button

🏷️ Broadcast Status #

Broadcast statuses are shown with color badges.

Depending on the campaign state, you may see statuses such as:

  • Created or pending
  • Processing
  • Scheduled or waiting
  • Completed
  • Paused or stopped
  • Failed

The exact label comes from the broadcast status saved in the system.


📊 Broadcast Analysis #

For broadcasts that have progressed beyond the initial states, the row may show an analysis button.

Click it to open the detailed broadcast report.

Use the report to review delivery performance, read rate, skipped contacts, and failed recipients.


📄 Templates List #

The Templates List section shows a short list of WhatsApp message templates.

This section appears for users with Templates List view permission.

It displays:

  • Template name
  • Language
  • Status

The page shows up to 7 templates as a quick preview.

Click More Details to open the full templates page.


✅ Template Status #

Template statuses may include:

  • Approved
  • Pending
  • Rejected or failed

Approved templates are ready to use. Pending templates are still under review by Meta.


🔄 Data Refresh and Sync #

The System Overview page loads data from your connected WhatsApp Business Cloud API account.

It retrieves:

  • WhatsApp Business Account info
  • Phone numbers
  • Messaging limits
  • Profile picture
  • Template list
  • Conversation analytics
  • Message analytics
  • Broadcast summary

The page also triggers background synchronization for account data.

If credentials are expired or the phone number is disconnected, the system may redirect to the phone disconnected page.


🔎 Common Issues #

Phone Number Data Does Not Appear #

Possible reasons:

  • WhatsApp account is not configured.
  • API credentials are invalid or expired.
  • WhatsApp Business Account ID is missing.
  • The phone number is disconnected.

Conversation Summary Shows Zero #

Possible reasons:

  • No conversations happened in the current month.
  • Meta analytics did not return data yet.
  • The selected WABA has no pricing analytics available.
  • API credentials need to be refreshed.

Broadcast Summary Is Empty #

Possible reasons:

  • No broadcasts have been created yet.
  • Your user does not have Broadcast view permission.
  • Broadcast data has not been generated yet.

Templates List Is Empty #

Possible reasons:

  • No templates exist in Meta.
  • Templates have not synced yet.
  • Your user does not have the Templates List view permission.
  • WhatsApp API credentials are not valid.

Live Chat Button Is Missing #

Possible reasons:

  • Your user does not have Live Chat view permission.
  • The connected phone number is not available.
  • Your account access is restricted.

The System Overview dashboard is the central snapshot of your WhatsApp Business operation.

It shows account health, phone number status, messaging limits, conversation analytics, message delivery totals, recent broadcast performance, and template status. Use it as the first place to check whether your WhatsApp account, campaigns, and customer messaging are running smoothly.
