Some menu items appear only if your user role has permission to view or manage them.

Use the CTWA Report to review activity from Click to WhatsApp Ads.
This helps track customers who entered WhatsApp conversations from ads.

The Live Chat menu opens the WhatsApp inbox.
It includes an unread message counter beside the menu label.
Use Live Chat to:

When you click Live Chat, the system submits the required phone information and opens the chat workspace.

Use the sidebar toggle icon to show, hide, or collapse the left navigation menu.

The bell icon opens the notification dropdown.
The badge on the bell shows the number of unread notifications.

- The unread counter increases

โ Dismissing Notifications #
To dismiss a notification from the header dropdown, click the close icon beside it.
When dismissed:
- The notification is marked as read

Use the full-screen icon to expand the platform into full-screen browser mode.
Click it again to exit full screen.

Depending on the notification type, the link may:

Use this link to go directly to the related record, issue, report, payment, or setting.
โ Dismiss Notifications from History #
Unread notifications show a dismiss button.
Click dismiss to mark the notification as read.
After dismissal:
- The action column shows a success check icon
- The notification is treated as read
- The unread counter in the header is updated

Notification History supports pagination.
Use the page controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages of notification records.
