⚠️ Login Redirects You May See #

Depending on your account status, the system may redirect you automatically.

📧 Email Not Verified #

If your account is not active yet, you will be redirected to the email verification page.

You must verify your email before accessing the dashboard.

🔗 Account Not Configured #

If your email is verified but WhatsApp is not connected yet, you will be redirected to:

Account Configuration

You must complete the WhatsApp phone number configuration before accessing the dashboard.

💳 Subscription Expired #

If your subscription has expired and your user is not an administrator, access may be blocked until the subscription is renewed.

🔗 4. Configure Your WhatsApp Business Account #

The Account Configuration page connects your SaaS account to your WhatsApp Business Cloud API setup.

This step is required before using the dashboard, inbox, templates, broadcasts, automations, and analytics.

🧩 Webhook Information #

At the top of the configuration page, you will see your webhook details.

These include:

  • 🔗 Callback URL
  • 🔑 Verify Token

Use the copy icon beside each value to copy it quickly.

These values are used when configuring your webhook in Meta.

The callback URL is unique to your account and allows Meta to send message events, delivery updates, and customer replies to the platform.

📱 WhatsApp Phone Number Configuration #

Complete the WhatsApp phone number section by entering the required Meta Cloud API credentials.

Required fields:

  • 📞 Phone Number ID
  • 🏢 WhatsApp Business Account ID
  • 🔐 Meta App Secret
  • 🔑 Permanent Access Token
  • 🌍 Time Zone

📞 Phone Number ID #

The Phone Number ID identifies the WhatsApp Business phone number connected to your Meta app.

This is not the display phone number.

It is the numeric ID provided by Meta for the WhatsApp Cloud API phone number.

🏢 WhatsApp Business Account ID #

The WhatsApp Business Account ID identifies the business account that owns the WhatsApp phone number.

This ID is used to retrieve:

  • Business account information
  • Connected phone numbers
  • Messaging limits
  • WhatsApp account details

🔐 Meta App Secret #

The Meta App Secret is required for webhook security.

Important:

  • Enter this value carefully.
  • An incorrect App Secret can prevent webhook events from being received correctly.
  • If webhook events fail, incoming messages and delivery updates may not reach the platform.

🔑 Permanent Access Token #

The Permanent Access Token allows the platform to call the WhatsApp Cloud API.

It is used for actions such as:

  • Sending WhatsApp messages
  • Loading templates
  • Reading phone number details
  • Syncing WhatsApp business information
  • Checking messaging limits

Use a permanent token created from a Meta system user, not a short-lived temporary token.

🌍 Time Zone #

Select the correct Time Zone for your business.

The time zone affects how the system displays and organizes:

  • Message logs
  • Broadcast schedules
  • Dashboard metrics
  • Conversation timestamps
  • Automation timing
  • Billing and usage periods

Choose the time zone your team uses for daily operations.

✅ 5. Validate and Link #

After entering all required fields, click:

Validate and link

The system will validate the credentials with Meta.

During validation, the system checks that:

  • The WhatsApp Business Account ID is valid
  • The Permanent Access Token can access the account
  • The Phone Number ID is connected correctly
  • At least one business phone number exists
  • Messaging limit information can be retrieved
  • The credentials can be saved to your account

If validation succeeds, the platform saves the configuration and redirects you to the main dashboard.

🎉 After Successful Configuration #

Once the account is linked successfully, your account becomes fully configured.

You can start using:

  • 💬 Live Chat
  • 👥 Contacts
  • 🧩 WhatsApp Templates
  • 📣 Broadcast Campaigns
  • 🤖 Chatbot Builder
  • ⚙️ Automation and Auto Replies
  • 📊 Analytics Dashboards
  • 🔌 Integrations
  • 💳 Billing and subscription tools

🔑 Password Recovery #

If you forget your password, use the Forget Password page.

Steps:

  1. Click:
Forget password?
  1. Enter your account email address.
  2. Click:
Reset Password
  1. Check your email for the reset link.
  2. Open the reset link.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Confirm the password.
  5. Click:
Reset Password

After the password is changed, you can return to the sign-in page and log in with the new password.

⚠️ Common Issues #

📧 Verification Email Not Received #

Check spam, junk, and company mail filters. If needed, resend the verification email from the verification page.

✏️ Wrong Email Used During Signup #

Use the Update Email option on the verification page and enter the correct email address.

🔐 Password Not Accepted #

Make sure the password includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

📱 Invalid Mobile Number #

Use digits only and include the country code.

Correct example:

971501234567

Incorrect examples:

+971501234567
00971501234567
971 50 123 4567

🔗 Invalid API Credentials #

If account configuration fails, confirm that the WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, and Permanent Access Token are copied correctly from Meta.

📞 No Business Phone Number Registered #

The WhatsApp Business Account must have at least one registered WhatsApp Business phone number before it can be linked.

🔐 Incorrect Meta App Secret #

If the App Secret is incorrect, webhook events may not work correctly even if other credentials are saved.

✅ Best Practices #

  • Use a business email address when signing up.
  • Save your Meta credentials securely.
  • Use a permanent Meta access token.
  • Copy the Callback URL and Verify Token exactly.
  • Select the correct business time zone during setup.
  • Complete WhatsApp configuration before creating templates or broadcasts.
  • Contact support if the Meta validation fails after confirming all credentials.
