Each plan card includes the key details you need before changing your subscription.
You can review:
- 🏷️ Plan name
- 📝 Plan description

🔘 Plan Action Buttons #

✅ Your Current Plan #
If the card matches your current plan and billing period, the button shows:
Your Current Plan
This button is disabled because you are already subscribed to that plan and period.
⬆️ Upgrade Now #
Appears when the selected plan is higher than your current plan.
Use this when you need more features, higher limits, or access to advanced functionality.
🔁 Change Period #
Appears when the selected plan is the same plan level but a different billing period.
Example:
- You are on the monthly version of a plan.
- You select the yearly version of the same plan.

⬇️ Downgrade Now #
Appears when the selected plan is lower than your current plan.
Use this when you want to reduce your subscription level.

🧮 Subscription Review Modal #

This modal lets you review the change before continuing to checkout.
It includes:
- 📦 Subscription Plan Details
- 🧾 Order Summary
- 📋 Detailed Items
- 💳 Continue to the checkout button
📦 Subscription Plan Details #
This section shows the selected plan information.
You can review:
- Plan name
- Plan price
- Subscription period
- Subscription start date
- Next renewal date
Dates are displayed in UTC.
🧾 Order Summary #
The Order Summary shows what you will pay now, based on the selected plan and your current subscription state.
It may show:
- Current plan price
- Remaining days
- Proration credit for unused time
- Proration charge for the new plan
- Subtotal
- Available account balance
- New account balance
- Amount payable now
🔄 How Proration Works #
If you change plans during an active subscription period, the system calculates proration.
This means the platform may calculate:
- ✅ Credit for unused time on your current plan
- 💰 Charge for the new plan during the remaining period
- 🧾 Final amount payable now
- 🟢 Remaining credit balance if the downgrade creates extra credit
For example:
- If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may pay only the difference for the remaining days.
- If you downgrade mid-cycle, you may receive account credit toward future invoices.
- If your account balance covers the amount, no payment may be required.
📋 Detailed Items #
The Detailed Items table explains the billing calculation line by line.
It may include:
- Description
- Amount
- Type
- Period
Item types can include:
- ⚠️ Proration
- ℹ️ Recurring
- ✅ Credit
- 🔴 Charge
This section helps you understand exactly why the final payable amount is shown.
💳 Continue to Checkout #
After reviewing the subscription details and order summary, click:
Continue to Checkout
The system redirects you to the payment checkout page.
The checkout flow is handled through Stripe.
After payment is completed, your subscription is updated according to the checkout result.
⬇️ Downgrade Validation #
When downgrading, the system checks whether your current usage fits inside the limits of the selected lower plan.
If your usage is higher than the new plan allows, the downgrade is blocked.
The system opens a Reduce Features Before Downgrade modal.
This modal shows:
- Feature name
- Current count
- New plan limit
- How many items must be reduced
- Usage month
- Warning message
You must reduce the listed usage before trying the downgrade again.

You cannot switch to the free plan
