The Edit Company Profile tab lets you update your company’s main account details, including company name, logo, contact information, address, country, city, website, and time zone.
These details are used across your account, billing profile, and system display settings.
✅ Before You Begin #
Make sure you have:
- ✅ Permission to view Company Profile.
- ✅ Edit permission to update company profile details.
- ✅ A valid company logo file if you want to change the logo.
- ✅ Correct business contact and address information.
📍 Where to Find It #
Go to:
Admin Settings → Account Settings → Edit Company Profile
The Edit Company Profile tab is opened by default when entering Account Settings.
🆔 Company Profile ID #
At the top of the tab, the system displays the Company Profile ID.
This is your internal company identifier in the platform.
You normally do not need to edit or use this value manually.
🖼️ Company Logo #
You can upload or update your company logo from the logo area.
Supported formats:
- PNG
- JPG
- JPEG
Maximum file size:
- 2 MB
When you select a logo, the page previews it before saving.
Important notes:
- The logo is stored in the system after saving.
- If the file is too large, the system blocks the update.
- If the file type is not supported, the system shows an error.
🏷️ Company Name #
Enter your company name.
Rules:
- Required.
- Maximum 50 characters.
This name may also be synced with your billing customer profile.
✉️ Email #
Enter the company email address.
Rules:
- Required.
- Must be a valid email address.
- Maximum 200 characters.
This email may be used for billing and company contact records.
📞 Phone Number #
Enter the company phone number.
This field is optional in the form, but it is recommended for billing and contact reference.
🔗 Business Website URL #
Enter your company website.
Rules:
- Maximum 50 characters.
- Must start with
http://orhttps://.
Example:
https://example.com🌍 Country #
Select the company country from the dropdown.
This field is required.
The selected country is also used when updating billing customer details.
🏙️ City Name #
Enter the city name.
Rules:
- Optional.
- Maximum 50 characters.
📍 Address #
Enter the company address.
Rules:
- Required.
- Maximum 1028 characters in the model.
- The page also shows a character counter.
Use the full billing or business address where possible.
🕒 Time Zone #
Select the company time zone.
This field is required.
The selected time zone affects how dates and times are displayed in the platform. After a successful update, the system also updates the current user session time zone.
💾 Update the Company Profile #
After editing the fields:
- Review the company logo and contact details.
- Confirm required fields are completed.
- Click Update Profile.
If the update succeeds, the system shows a success message.
The update also refreshes related company billing/customer details, including:
- Company name
- Phone number
- City
- Country
- Address
⚠️ Common Issues #
Profile does not save #
Check that:
- Company Name is filled.
- Email is valid.
- The country is selected.
- The address is filled.
- Time Zone is selected.
- Website URL starts with
http://orhttps://is entered.
Logo upload fails #
Check that:
- File type is PNG, JPG, or JPEG.
- File size is within the allowed limit.
- The image is not corrupted.
Time displays incorrectly #
Update the Time Zone field and save the profile again.
✅ Best Practices #
- Keep the company name consistent with billing records.
- Use a square or clean logo image.
- Keep logo files under 2 MB.
- Use a business email address, not a personal inbox.
- Enter a full address for billing and account records.
- Review the time zone after company setup or relocation.
